Act.1.7 Participating in a Video Conference

[ Back ]

One of the ways you will communicate with other SOAR-High students is by video conferencing.  Your teacher will show you how to use the video conferencing camera and software.

Important things to remember in a video conference:
  • Sign slowly and clearly.
  • Take turns in the front row seats.  The front row is easiest to see for best communication.
  • Wear dark clothes if possible.  Avoid stripes or strong patterns.
  • Sit quietly. Extra movement causes the video to be slower.
