  • What does Dr. Alberts say makes Earth system science teams unique?
  • What is Active Listening?   Give an example.
  • What is Active Participation?  Give an example.
  • What does Dr. Alberts mean when she talks about a new team having "walls."?  What does she do about them?   Does your team have any walls?  Explain.
  • What is the first thing Dr. Alberts does for a new team?
2.   As a team, create an interesting poster about Active Listening and Active Participation.  Use words and pictures to show what these mean, and how they are helpful for team work.   All members of your team should be involved in the making of the poster.

3.   Get copies of the rules for working as as team.  Make sure all team members have read the list, and understands the list.   Together pick 5 of the rules that your team followed the best while you were working today.  Agree on five rules, and circle the numbers.
